Bentley School Summer Reading 2006

Return to library home page

This summer, students at Bentley will be embarking on a voyage inspired (we hope) by the intellectual pursuit of reading. Below you will find the summer reading list, including specific reading assignments for each grade. Students will NOT be asked to complete written assignments for these readings during the summer, but will be held responsible for having read the book(s) in their English and History courses with various assignments and activities when they return. We hope the themes, stories, and insights provided by these works will inspire your student and prepare them for the rigor and excitement of Bentley. Be sure to complete the all school reading (Tobias Wolff's Old School ) as well as the specific assignments for your grade in both English and History.
