An application consists of the items listed below. We encourage you to contact the Admissions Department throughout the process.

- A photo of the applicant and a family photo
- Parent/Guardian Questionnaire
- Applicant Questionnaire
- Parent/Guardian Interview
- Applicant Self-Portrait (optional)
- Two teacher recommendations, one of which must come from the current year's teacher
- An official, current school transcript
- Standardized test results
SHADOW VISIT FOR GRADES 6-8
Once you have submitted a complete application, the Admissions Office will contact you with available dates for the required half-day student shadow visit. This will give your child the opportunity to experience life as a Bentley School student as they attend classes with a current student ambassador. Visits begin January 27, 2014 and are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and Friday's from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
Welcome to the online application for Bentley School. By selecting the option of applying online, you may take your time to complete the application, answer the questions in your own time, and follow the progress of the application as we review it.
Create a User Account
You will be prompted to create a unique username and password. Once you begin the online application, you will have the options of saving it, coming back to it, and finalizing and submitting it. Having your username and password will also allow you login and check the progress of your child(ren)’s application.
Remember to download the supplemental documents. These are items that are not included in the online application and include such required items as teacher recommendation forms. The forms are located below in the box titled "Downloads" or you can download them within the online application.
A non-refundable fee of $75.00 is charged with each application. You will be asked to pay this by credit card before submitting your online application. If you would like to pay in another way, i.e. by check, please contact the admissions office prior to submitting your online application.
