While completing his B.S. in kinesiology with a minor in athletic coaching at San Francisco State University, Rob Rafeh began coaching at Convent of the Sacred Heart and later The Urban School, where he led the women's varsity basketball to league and North Coast Section championships. He continued coaching basketball and began a career in athletic administration at Head-Royce School. As Director of Athletics, 6-12, Rob enjoys helping students benefit from educational athletics. Rob enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

Kelly earned a B.S. in kinesiology (neuromuscular science) at San Francisco State University, where she is currently enrolled in the graduate kinesiology program (exercise physiology) with an expected graduation of Spring 2018. Her favorite moments at Bentley include watching student-athletes develop as individuals, watching teams develop as a whole unit, and witnessing students achieve goals that they didn't think were possible. Her hobbies are coaching and playing basketball, running, and baking.
A UCSF health fitness specialist, Melanie earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific in athletic training and has had the opportunity to work at the high school, junior college, university, and professional levels of athletics. She has worked closely with coaches and teams in a wide variety of sports. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in applied exercise science with a dual concentration in sports performance and training and sports nutrition. In her free time she enjoys a variety of activities including basketball and hiking.
